The Raiseli Rating system is an alphanumeric rating ranging from 1A (highest) to 5E (lowest). The system is meant to provide investors with an easier way to sort and compare BPDN listings across the platform. For example, two BPDN listings with an “1A” Raiseli Rating will have similar underlying borrower loan characteristics (such as similar LTVs, borrower credit scores, etc.). Raiseli Ratings are assigned based on a proprietary combination of factors and are not a substitute for a detailed review of the loan documentation.
Raiseli Ratings are not a prediction of how a particular investment will perform. Investors should carefully review each loan listings available information, especially documentation within the “Servicing” and “Documents” tabs. Investors should conduct their own due diligence to understand the BPDN underlying borrower loan and whether that fits into their portfolio of assets held.

The borrower’s credit is evaluated on a combination of credit scores, capacity for repayment, borrower equity, experience, reserves & personal guarantees.
The property securing the loan is evaluated on a combination of LTV, lien position, property condition, marketability, and occupancy.
